The booklet concludes with a short list of library and information science acronyms and abbreviations and the names of conference planning committee members and other assisting members. It is noted that 14 Governor's Forums were held in 1990 to gather local input on the issues of concern to library and information users in the various regions of the state. This input was sent to the Governor's Conference, which, in turn, provided input for delegates to the White House Conference on Library and Information Services in July 1991. (MAB)
