Data are reported on the frequency of the performance review cycle, reporting structures, person responsible for writing the review, peer involvement, and supporting materials. The following related documents from several ARL libraries are included: (1) statements of performance criteria for selectors from Johns Hopkins University, the University of Notre Dame, and Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University; (2) policy statements on evaluation from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and the University of Washington; (3) performance review models from Arizona State University, the University of California, and Pennsylvania State University; (4) job descriptions for collection development librarians from Colorado State University and the University of Tennessee; and (5) various reports and forms from Kent State University, the University of Oregon, the State University of New York at Stony Brook, Tulane University, and the University of Waterloo.
