Supplemental materials include: (1) university planning documents from the University of Alberta (Canada), University of Kentucky, and State University of New York at Albany; (2) network and consortium planning documents from Kent State University (Ohio), University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and North Carolina State University; (3) organization charts and workflow documents from the University of Kentucky University of Manitoba (Canada), University of New Mexico, and Queen's University (Ontario, Canada); and (4) marketing and user guides from the University of British Columbia (Canada) and University of Kentucky.
