Expressions common to the school environment are given in English and in Spanish for personal greetings, student praise, and classroom directions. Other expressions pertain to course content, including mathematics, science, and social studies, and to dialogue in various situations such as being in the cafeteria and in the library, asking for help or giving explanations, and parent meetings.
