Topics covered in this handbook include understanding the role and responsibilities of a public library trustee; ethics statements for library trustees; library board organization; library policies; financial management; planning and evaluation; public relations; and an overview of both the Nevada State Library and Archives organization and the Governor's Literacy Coalition Advisory Council.
