This six-part evaluation of the Media Services department includes an examination of the following: (1) "Mission and Responsibility Statement"; (2) "Context Evaluation"; (3) "Input Evaluation"; (4) "Process Evaluation"; (5) "Product Evaluation"; and (6) "Future Planning."
