- Basic Facts about Wisconsin Elementary and Secondary Schools, 1994-95. Bulletin No. 95335. Categorical Aid Costs Educational Finance Elementary Secondary Education Enrollment Ethnicity Expenditures Financial Support Institutional Characteristics Public Schools School Districts Student Characteristics Tables (Data) Teacher Characteristics Teacher Student Ratio This compilation of tables presents basic facts about elementary and secondary education in Wisconsin. Initial tables provide a cross-reference for public school districts, a list of union high school systems, a map and list of Wisconsin counties, and a map and list of cooperative educational service agencies. Statewide statistical summary tables present nonfiscal data, including number of schools and districts, enrollment, ethnicity, data on teachers, and student-teacher ratios. Other tables present student and staff data by school district (13 pages) and annual school cost per member (32 pages). A section on the distribution of state aid dollars contains 22 tables of information about aid by category of recipient, such as equalization aid or school library aid. An equalization aid estimate for 1994-95 fills two tables, and estimated other state aid and equalized school district levy rates comprise two more tables. (Contains 2 maps and 37 tables.) (SLD)
