Networking, multimedia, and other computer facilities combine to augment Problem-Based Learning, a collective and student-centered method of instruction that has been used in professional education and is being introduced into secondary education. Problem-Based Learning is described, along with ways in which it can be enhanced through CCL features such as e-talk, the Teaching Case Library, and the Clinical Encounter Simulation Stack.
