Articles on user education from all types of libraries are considered: academic, school, special, and public. The criteria for selection includes but is not limited to: originality or innovation, quality of writing, special user population addressed, timeliness, applicability to a large audience, and soundness of research methodology. This document compiles the "Top Twenty" bibliographies from 1994 to 1996. Bibliographies are listed in alphabetical order by author's last name. (AEF)
