Highlights include: the teacher librarian role in making the parent and student expectations of the Internet more realistic, as well as developing guidelines for information searching by both students and staff; the computer network at John Paul College (Queensland, Australia); practical, technical and social issues around the topic of access and equity of Internet access for rural schools; and the role of volunteers and donations in extending the Internet to the community.
