Course design is briefly described, including the use of video-teleconferences, chat rooms, an electronic bulletin board and library, and e-mail. Discussion of the evaluation plan covers administration and response nonresident class surveys from 1995 through 1998, graduate surveys, and supervisor surveys. The analysis and electronic dissemination of survey data to staff and faculty is also summarized. (AEF)
