The survey evaluated the effectiveness of the library's programs, resources, and services in meeting the informational needs of graduate students at this institution. The objectives of the survey were to: (1) identify the gender and category of the library user; (2) determine how often graduate students used the library; (3) evaluate the effectiveness of the resources and services available in the library; (4) determine the appropriateness of the library hours; and (5) identify the most and the least used services and resources. Results reveal that although most graduate students are satisfied with the resources and services provided, there is still need for up-to-date materials, more journals, and more computers to expand access to the Internet and other services.
