There are 40 tables in this report. Technical notes, caveats for using these data, and sources for ordering machine-readable data and publications are included. Appendices include a background of the Federal-State Cooperative System (FSCS) for Public Library Data; a glossary; a list of states with overlapping population of legal service areas; and state ranking tables.
