The first section presents student data for both the fall and spring semesters of 1997-1998, and include unduplicated headcount enrollment, full-time-equivalent enrollment, student credit hours, student age distribution, residence of students, student/faculty ratio, and mean American College Testing (ACT) composite scores for new, full-time academic freshmen. The next section presents data on degrees and certificates, including number of academic programs accredited, number of applied technology programs accredited, degrees and certificates available to ISU students, and degrees and certificates awarded by ISU during 1996-97. A third section provides faculty and staff data, including faculty salaries (mean nine-month), and average administrative salaries (12-month). Financial data tables include student fees and expenses (per semester), tuition and fees (average annual cost), financial aid granted (fiscal year (FY) 1997), higher education appropriations (FY 1998), ISU revenues for FY 1997, and ISU expenditures for FY 1997. Tables covering facilities provide data on: physical plant assets (end of FY 1997), replacement value for total facilities, square footage of total assignable area, total residents in ISU housing, library total volume count, academic classes held on campus each week, regular classes held in Idaho Falls each week, and regular academic class sections offered on-campus.
