Part 2, "Libraries and Librarians," focuses on libraries of the future as complex places providing complex services, illustrates that the strength in libraries lies in their diversity, and discusses the importance of continuing library education in this age of constant change. Part 3, "Resources and Users," highlights the need to stay in contact with users as decisions are made about new media. The fourth part, "Creating Tomorrow's Libraries," discusses cataloging, partnerships between libraries and the community and among the community of libraries, and new library roles.
