Each chapter follows the same basic outline: (1) responsible persons; (2) mission statement; (3) funding source(s), as well as project budgets; (4) target audience and secondary audience; (5) description of the collection; (6) selection criteria and evaluation process of resources; (7) mechanics of production, including software and hardware; (8) taxonomy or classification used and any modifications; (9) strengths of the project; (10) weaknesses of the project; (11) time frames for the project; (12) future goals of the project; and (13) a vision statement concerning the future of resource location and description. Includes subject and alphabetical indexes of World Wide Web sites. (MES)
