The theme of the Wisconsin Summer Library Program for the year 2000 is "Ticket to Tomorrow." This manual contains suggestions for librarians on planning, developing, and conducting the summer library program for youth. Chapters include: Planning and Promoting Programs; Decorating the Library; Programs and Activities; Giveaways and Games; Performing Artists; and Sources and Resources. The 2000 Planning Committee members are listed, as well as manual contributors and Department of Public Instruction team members.
