The manual is divided into the following sections: Introductory Materials; Goals, Objectives and Evaluation; Getting Started; Common Program Structures; Planning Timeline; Publicity and Promotion; Awards and Incentives; Parents/Family Involvement; Programs for Preschoolers; Programs for School Age Children; Programs for Young Adults; Special Needs; Selected Bibliography; Resources; Resource People; and Miscellaneous materials.
