Comments of the faculty are reported related to staff, materials, computers, facilities, and photocopiers and microfilm/microfiche reader printers. Student comments are summarized related to personnel, materials, climate, computers, hours, noise, copiers, and policies and organization. Follow-up actions are described, including a recent renovation of the library. Appendices include data tables and copies of the student and faculty surveys. Contains 10 references. (MES) |
