This guide describes each state's offerings including the methods of access, resources, and available help and training. A primer in search conventions and strategies as well as a list of suggested Internet search tools and their unique features are also provided. Three appendices include an alphabetical list of licensed databases, a list of licensed databases by vendor, and a bookmark with virtual library names and URLs. (AEF)
