In this 12-page booklet of activities, students will learn how to use the typical library computer, the Dewey Decimal Classification System and the ins and outs of Internet Access. The book is made for all ability levels, each level represented by a different fruit symbol. Parent participation is recommended. "A Treasure Hunt in My Library" is a 39-page illustrates story book about two children who are guided on a treasure hunt to discover the delights and possibilities that surround them in the library. It is designed to make children feel comfortable at their public library. The story book follows the same format as the accompanying booklet, covering similar content in greater depth. (AEF)
