It also queried users about their reason(s) for using the service, as well as preferences for asking questions of the library in the future based on both their experience with the service and other choices available to them. The report presents the methodology and instruments used to conduct the evaluation. Descriptive data resulting from the survey, including frequencies and user commentary, are also provided.
