The statement by Mark Greenberg, a representative of the Center for Law and Social Policy, discusses the problems faced by families while enrolled in the TANF program and after leaving it. The statement by Robert Rector, a representative of the Heritage Foundation, examines the economic, social, and other effects of welfare on families. Also included are the submissions from the Association for Children for Enforcement of Support, Inc., and the Coalition on Women and Job Training. (MN) |
