Collaboration between the ISI marketing staff in the United Kingdom, who built this electronic library, and librarians in other countries is discussed. U.S corporate marketing initiatives are addressed, including customized campaigns to promote awareness and provide training materials as needed in pre- and post-sale environments. Several sample pages from the ISI Web site are included. (MES)
