Key online databases (found on the "hidden Web"), where to find them, and how to use them are identifies. Key Internet resources, including government, organizational, and commercial Web sites, are recommended. The paper includes tips for target searching, guidelines for evaluation of search results, and how to best utilize electronic and contemporary libraries in a public, school, or academic setting.
