These tools can help schools empower students to become thoughtful users of media for learning and for their lives. Educators report using a variety of information resources to learn about media literacy -- everything from Google to the Discovery Channel to School Library Journal. One of the most popular resources with educators is Cable in the Classroom Magazine. This is particularly true among library-media specialists, 64 percent of whom report reading the magazine on at least a monthly basis.
