Caminos, Cariño, y Carreras in a Post-Pandemic Era" grant in Fall 2022 to enhance educational opportunity and attainment for Hispanic students in California's southern Central Valley. Building on the successes of Year 1, the project achieved notable milestones in Year 2 by: 1. Sustaining instructional library support 2. Implementing the InsideTrack case management model for first-generation students 3. Providing professional development for faculty and staff 4. Funding student internships 5. Expanding mental health and basic needs resources 6. Broadening the Summer Bridge program Guided by the Triple A model--encompassing Activity, Artifact, and Association--this evaluation report documents the second year's progress, highlighting major outcomes, impacts, and the adaptive strategies used to overcome unforeseen challenges. Findings show significant gains in areas such as enrollment, retention, and essential student supports, culminating in three targeted recommendations to maintain the program's momentum and further strengthen servingness for Hispanic/Latinx learners entering Year 3.
