Through the analysis of the present situation of the construction about teaching resources in ethnic minority colleges and universities and the research practice of the teaching resources in Northwest University for Nationalities, this paper puts forward to construct the teaching resource library in Ethnic Minority University, and analyzing the function of the various modules about the public service platform.
