The library workshop series explores the physical and psychological issues that can arise from overuse of digital technologies, especially related to academic performance in college students. Workshop participants are encouraged to reflect on their digital technology habits and are provided with strategies to alter those habits in order to increase happiness, productivity, and academic performance. Offering such workshops in the library can facilitate discussions about how library services can further support success in college.
