While working for a couple of years in a corporate setting prior to her current position, Sannwald learned about everything from organizational development and leadership to marketing and customer satisfaction. One of the interests she carried forward into her current work as a school librarian is User Experience (UX) design. User experience in the context of the school library is how someone feels based on all of his or her interactions with the library program.
