Questions arise, however, as to the effectiveness of the online facilitated graduate internship. This article examines perspectives of librarian site supervisors within online supported internships. Perspectives in regard to program support and self-perceived readiness to supervise interns within an online facilitated graduate program were the focus of this study. A web-based survey was distributed to site supervisors who had previously served an online facilitated internship. Findings point to responsive program improvement for graduate educators to enhance support of on-site supervisors and interns to strengthen the online facilitated internship.
