A 14-part questionnaire was developed to collect information for this quantitative, nonexperimental design research. The data showed that although some off-campus students were satisfied with the services and resources delivered, the library might realign its offerings to better meet students' academic needs and devise promotional strategies to increase their awareness of the services it provides.
