The quantitative data collected via an online survey show White academic library administrators are more likely to believe leadership is accountable and proactive in addressing racism within the workplace than BIPOC academic library administrators. The data reveal a need for accountability to be better defined within libraries and for academic library administrators to work together to better align on commitments toward addressing racism within the library workplace.
