The collected research material was to be used to describe events taking place on selected pages. Two research methods were used to achieve the goal: statistical research and mouse-tracking. The research has shown that user activity on the analyzed pages varies depending on the device used. The research allowed for the development of recommendations for academic libraries to improve the quality of the instruction services they provide.
