- Financing Online Services. Lynch, Mary Jo Costs Fees Financial Support Library Services Library Surveys Online Systems Public Libraries Reference Services Presents the results of a survey conducted by the ALA Office for Research to determine current practices with respect to the financing of online services in public libraries.
