Fosdick, Howard Comparative Analysis Courses Educational Trends Graduate Study Graphs Information Science Library Education Library Schools Research Methodology School Catalogs School Surveys Tables (Data) Trend Analysis Surveys were performed in 1977 and 1982 to determine trends in graduate library and information science instruction in five main course categories: library automation, information storage and retrieval, systems analysis, interactive computer systems, and programing.
