Fidel, Raya Crandall, Michael Cataloging Database Design Models Research Needs Examines Anglo-American Cataloguing Rules from a generalized database approach, using the entity-relationship model. Types of rules identified include content; establishing entities, relationships, or attributes; authorized sources; domain; format; and access points.
