Blake, Virgil Surprenant, Thomas Federal Legislation Freedom of Information Librarians Discusses recent federal information policies that pose a threat to access to information. A short-lived policy for protection of sensitive but unclassified information is criticized, and the Computer Security Act of 1987, currently under consideration in Congress, is described.
