Administrators Attitude Measures Females Graduate Students Higher Education Library Administration Library Science Literature Reviews Managerial Occupations Sex Discrimination Student Attitudes Surveys Attitudes toward women as managers (WMs) in the library and information science (LIS) field were studied through a literature review and survey of 665 graduate students enrolled in 15 LIS universities. Traditional attitudes have caused underrepresentation of WMs. Compared to others, younger students were more willing to accept WMs. (SLD)
