Developmental Stages Higher Education Student Experience Undergraduate Students Examines differences in quality of effort and self-reported gains students make in academic and personal/social development. Results indicate that students invested more effort in writing, science applications and procedures, and college housing as freshmen, but invested more effort in the library and social interactions as seniors.
