Zipkowitz, Fay And Others Careers Graduates Information Scientists Information Services Job Placement Librarians Library Schools Occupational Surveys Salaries Surveys Tables (Data) Trend Analysis Presents "Library Journal's" (LJ) 44th annual placements and salaries survey of library and information school graduates. Results show that the number of graduates who are finding traditional jobs is declining, but their salaries are increasing. Two related essays discuss one graduate's route to the profession and update the careers of four librarians from previous LJ covers. (JMV)
