- Maybe the 55 Percent Rule Doesn't Tell the Whole Story: A User-Satisfaction Survey. Jardine, Carolyn W. Academic Libraries Higher Education Librarians Library Research Library Services Library Surveys Personality Traits Reference Services User Satisfaction (Information) A survey at the University at Albany (New York) on user satisfaction with reference services gathered information on behavioral characteristics of librarians: interest, confidence, friendliness, and enthusiasm, as well as on patron comfort and overall satisfaction.
