Dobson, Cynthia Abstracting Abstracts Bibliographic Databases Indexes Indexing Library Catalogs Library Collection Development Library Technical Processes Search Strategies Serials Subject Index Terms User Needs (Information) The Simple Index Method overcomes the difficulties in building a core list for serials in interdisciplinary fields by using multiple indexes which cover various aspects of the subject.
