A core competencies training program was developed. This keeps workers afloat by providing them with the technology skills they need to support the change that has already occurred. They also created Learning 2.0, a discovery learning program that focuses on self-exploration and encourages staff to take up creative challenges as they learn about new technologies on their own. Both programs are unique in its goals and objectives, and each approaches learning from very different angles. The authors conclude that these programs works effectively in developing an environment that continuously encourages staff members to learn together as they ride the flow of the seas (and C's!) of constant change. |
