Numerous studies have confirmed the importance of library media center and library media specialists (LMSs) in improving student achievement. In this article, the authors describe how they implemented a data-driven collaboration approach to improve their school's library/teacher collaboration. The authors also describe how the approach has helped teachers and librarians to improve students' achievement.
