At first, she created a blog, but after that attracted few responses, she built a wiki instead, to invite more student interaction. To ensure that would do the trick, she held two focus groups to ask her students what they thought of blogs and wikis and how they used them. She also asked questions pertaining to their library and internet use. This article describes the insights she gained from her focus groups. |
