The author is a part of this small group of people working to communicate information about best practices in school and public library cooperative activities in a meaningful way. Their charge was to create a clearinghouse of ideas, activities, programs, and services. They agreed to blitz the national listservs in children and youth services as well as school library media centers to request input on existing programs, cautionary tales, favorite stories, and upcoming activities. In this article, the author offers a few examples of libraries from their clearinghouse with direct contact information.
