  • A Look at "National Geographic United States" and "World Atlases" Harper, Meghan Printed Materials Atlases Electronic Publishing Web Sites Internet Instructional Materials The pairing of print and online reference resources is becoming more prevalent with the bonus for students and educators in the publishers' ability to keep the online information current. The availability of print resources along with companion online resources allows multiple access points that promote both choice and variety. Traditionally, print atlases were replaced as political and geographic borders changed. In the past, a major change in one country would necessitate an update of the entire edition.
