The four standards with their accompanying skills, dispositions, responsibilities, and self-assessment strategies form a defining new vision for the direction of school library programs. AASL named the implementation program for the new standards "Learning4Life" (L4L). This article provides an overview of the L4L initiative. (Contains 7 resources.)
