The nature of Work Integrated Learning (WIL) programs, the business information environment, and the information seeking behaviour of students are discussed. Barriers to using online information resources and workplace information literacy are also reviewed. From this better understanding of the online information resources used by students on work placement will emerge and assist the Library in assessing its acquisition of resources and designing of information literacy training.
